  • Thomas Kwan: In Plain Sight
    Nov 20 2024
This week we head to Newcastle as we take a look at a crime so chilling, it could have been ripped straight from the pages of an Agatha Christie novel. It features everything you would expect from our favourite purveyor of literary intrigue – a family dispute over a will, an unsuspecting, unassuming would-be assassin, and a plan so audacious, that the culprit might easily have escaped justice had it not been for some dogged detective work. • A Murder Most Cruel
    Nov 13 2024
This week we head to the US and back to the year 2000 as we take a look at the murder of 31-year-old Mike Williams. When Mike set out on a hunting trip on Lake Seminole in Florida on the morning of 16 December 2000, he could never have foreseen the truly barbaric events that were about to unfold that day. A betrayal most foul was unfolding before his very eyes... • The Eunuch Maker
    Nov 6 2024
This week we head to London as we take a look at Marius Gustavson - a man with a passion for human butchery. After having his own penis and testicles willingly removed by a sex worker in 2017, Gustavson was inspired to help other men become eunuchs too. He would go on to carry out up to 30 procedures on vulnerable men over the following five years, in what became an international ring of barbarism. This is possibly one of the grimmest cases we have ever covered, so listener discretion is very much advised. Gets me through night shifts around the world.

I listen to this podcast at work and travelling as a must! I love the chemistry between the pair. There stories are varied and well researched. There is humour there but not inappropriately timed like alot of podcasts. Always feels more like a discussion than a rant with neither force feeding there own opinions on you. Keep it going it can't be easy but you sound very much like you enjoy it.
