  • Faced with radical changes in the world in the last few years, many artists had to or wanted to reflect on their music, question their role in the world, or re-invent themselves. Inspired by the writings of James Baldwin that “nothing is fixed” (pause) “the earth is always shifting, the light is always changing”, Music Meeting asks the artists ‘what does change mean to you?’


    Music MeetUp is a production by Music Meeting. In this series, you get to know the people behind the music, the stories behind the tracks and the musicians who play at our festival. They are from Hungary or Brazil, from Syria or the Netherlands, from all over the world. They give you a glimpse of their lives as artists and of the context in which they create their beautiful music. In their own words and through their experience, they tell you about their life on the road, magic encounters, exciting inspirations, culinary delights and more…
