In this episode at this reflective time of year I look at how we might be able to do it little and often.

Real health advice from someone who deeply knows

Wow, Dr Panja brings his experience and makes health understandable. His voice is so soothing to listen to, telling me about all the stuff I wish I had asked about earlier.
He uses real research to explain things without being patronising, it's a great balanced view.
Health is a priority and this podcast is top of that list.

Just what I needed at this difficult time

My mother passed away suddenly in November and this episode really resonated with me. My sister lives in Auckland and was unable to come home to Ireland for the funeral. I have forwarded her this episode with the hope it will help her. Thank you for this. 😊
