  • I will bring my weight under control, and have a very specific goal in mind. It has been over 20 years since I weighed below 200 lbs, and I am currently 238, together we will journey to getting my weight to the target of sub-200. I want to do this for my health, for improved fitness, and of course aesthetics. I outline my goals and the methods I will use to reach them. I future Fitness Friday podcast I will cover, equipment, apps, and interview experts in the field to gain an advantage, and crush this goal. Hopefully along the way I can educate, inspire, and push others to succeed if weight loss is a common goal.
