S1 #7 P. Diddler's "Mule" Gets Arrested Trying To Get Drugs Through TSA Officials! Eerie Situation In Baltimore, Plus Tory Lanez's First Hit On Billboard Hot 100 While Incarcerated.

  • Summary

  • On Monday, an associate of Sean "Diddy" Combs was taken into custody, coinciding with the day Homeland Security agents conducted raids on two residences owned by the founder of Bad Boy Records. Brendan Paul, a former basketball player for Syracuse University, was apprehended by officers from the Miami-Dade Police Department at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. He faces felony charges for the possession of what is believed to be cocaine and marijuana candy, according to an arrest affidavit provided by USA TODAY. The arrest resulted from a collaborative operation involving Miami-Dade, the Department of Homeland Security, and Customs and Border Protection, as stated in the affidavit.

He was granted release on a $2,500 bond this Tuesday, with a court hearing scheduled for April 24. Currently, there is no available attorney information for Paul.

Paul is referred to as Combs' "mule" in a civil lawsuit against the Bad Boy founder and Cuba Gooding Jr. for s assault and harassment.

In an amended lawsuit filed in a New York federal district court by Rodney Jones on Monday, he refers to Paul as Combs' "mule," writing that he allegedly procured, transported and distributed ecstasy, caine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci in their carry-on luggage and going through TSA.

Tory Lanez, despite being incarcerated in Delano, California after his conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, has achieved a new milestone with his latest single. His song "Traphouse" has entered the Billboard chart this week, marking one of his initial chart appearances since his guilty verdict. The single has debuted at number 23 on the Hot R&B Songs chart, which features the most popular R&B tracks in the nation as classified by Billboard.

This entry represents Lanez's twenty-seventh appearance on the Hot R&B Songs chart and is his first new entry in over a year. His previous debut on this chart was in 2022 with the track "I Like," which peaked at number 22 for a single week.

The recovery of two individuals who perished in the tragic collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge has been confirmed, following the bridge's collision with a container ship. It is feared that four additional lives have been lost.

Construction workers engaged in pothole repairs on the bridge were the victims of this calamity. Amidst the chaos, two survivors were pulled from the water, with one receiving urgent care at a trauma center.

The incident escalated when the vessel lost power, leading to an emergency closure of the bridge. The ensuing footage and maritime expert analysis depict a catastrophic event, narrowly avoiding an even graver outcome.

Jennifer Homendy, Chair of the National Transportation Safety Board, announced on NBC News that the voyage recorder data from the ship Dali has been secured.

The repercussions of the bridge's downfall are anticipated to ripple through the economy, potentially affecting consumers from the East Coast all the way to the Midwest. This bridge bore the name of Francis Scott Key, the author of the iconic poem "The Star-Spangled Banner."
