How do we know, for certain, that we caused climate change? Seems basic. But, the actual evidence, that smoking gun that has our fingerprints on it, can prove more elusive than we’d imagine. We’ll take a brief look at how we got into this climate crisis mess and move into two pieces of irrefutable proof that the fault of the climate crisis is ours and ours alone.

Food is important. It’s invaluable to our survival and, let’s face it, some of it is pretty darn tasty! But pressures from climate change and a rapidly increasing global population are beginning to put pressure on farms across the world. Let’s explore the link that exists between educating girls and agriculture, how it’s a vital step that needs to be taken if we want to keep enjoying our morning coffee or tea.
