In this week's episode of The Climb, we have former Iowa City West Legend and current Iowa Hawkeye Standout Patrick McCaffery. In this episode we run through a bunch of topics like the NBA playoffs, his battle with cancer and how it has affected his family and outlook on life. His high school experience and what it was like being a top recruit in a smaller state. We also get into his college experience and his relationship with his dad and brother and how that relationship works. More importantly, we get into what led into his decision to take a leave of absence from playing this season and how he has dealt with his mental health and anxiety battle. Keegan Murray is a former Consensus All American and National Sensation for the Iowa Hawkeyes leading him to being picked 4th overall in the NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. We get into Keegan's unlikely journey to the NBA. From being underrecruited and under-developed in high school leading to a prep school route, to growth spurts and huge leaps in confidence and level of game. We get into his career of Keegan as a Hawkeye and what really drove him to become the player that he did. We get into his favorite moments wearing the Hawkeye jersey. We talk about his entire pre draft process and what teams were saying to him about his game and future. Hello everyone and welcome to this week's episode of Rise and Prosper! This week's guest is former Division 2 All American and current Overseas professional hooper Kendale Mccullum. We go through Kendale's journey and find out what drove him to be the man he is today. We talk about life and growing up with a single mother, his struggles academically throughout high school leading him to playing Division 2, Killing at the Division 2 level which led him to playing overseas ball. He gets into the lifestyle of what overseas basketball is like, and what being a dog dad is like. This was a very fun interview and got to dig deeper into one of my friends lives!
