• Episode 28: 5 Things I Am Thankful For This Season for the Trail Blazers
    Nov 28 2024
I dive into the past week for the Blazers which featured games against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, and Memphis Grizzlies. The Blazers went 1-3 in those games but what hurt the most were all the injuries and the team dropping a NBA Cup game against the Rockets. The Blazers saw the return of Anfernee Simons but lost youngsters Scoot Henderson and Donovan Clingan. Thanksgiving is here, so I gave you my five reasons to be thankful this season. There is a lot to be thankful for even though the losses are most likely going to pile up. Thanks for listening and as always, it is a great day to be a Blazer! Learn more about your ad choices. Nov 14 2024
Over the past two seasons, there haven't been many highlights for the Portland Trail Blazers. So when a good moment decides to rear it's head, you do an emergency podcast with your best friend! Dr. Aaron Brown is back to help us highlight all the good things we saw in the Blazers 122-108 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. This young team, without Deandre Ayton and Anfernee Simons, showed Rip City just how good they can be when given more minutes. Big games from Rob Williams III, Shaedon Sharpe, Deni Avdija, and Delano Banton proved that the Blazers have a top tier young core that with time and maybe one or two more pieces can be NBA title contenders.
