They realized Venice didn't have any great BBQ joints, so they opened their own with the vision of providing a place serving fun for their guests and employees and great BBQ. Twenty years later, with millions of briskets, ribs, and cornbread served and one devasting fire that closed Baby Blues down, they rebuilt and are smokin' like never before! Everything, including spice rubs and barbecue sauce, is made in-house and from scratch.
