The challenge in achieving remote work, getting more pay, and growing a remote career is that it virtually always requires a career change in industry, profession, or both into remote native roles. An additional challenge is that employers do not passively recruit for remote roles. 6. Getting remote work is an active, not passive, campaign. This will not just fall into your lap.
