After 9+ years of coaching adults and young kids plus my own life experiences; I have developed a curiosity for the study of human behavior. I believe that through the experiences of others we can learn an incredible amount about ourselves. Our mission is to help the listeners reflect on their own life, create a more grounded balanced future and leave each episode Rejuvnated!
