    On this episode, Izzy and Mike express that kids seeing there parents grinding it out can be both a pro and con, especially with the advancements with social media. The younger generation seeing their parents not being successful, are more capable of changing their approach to try to be millionaires versus broke after 30yrs of working with a company. The majority of those are more willing to express their duty titles, such as CEO, and not sharing the reality of how many times there business failed. Mike shares that if the younger generation are trying to be successful at an early age, are able to have failure early and learn from it versus being 60yrs old and trying to be successful. Mike shares that success leave blueprints, so those that are interested in wanting to be a success are able to educate themselves from those that are currently successful. In venturing into a business, individuals need to ask themselves “What problem are we trying to solve?”, for that can open up various reasons to create your own business. Mike and Izzy talk about what is the biggest fear that people have in trying to be successful, and Mike reveals that an issue people face is the fear of failure and the other is patience. The younger generation need to have self-awareness that just because their parents didn’t make it, doesn’t mean that they won’t make it, the times have changed to where the resources of technology have created more opportunities. Don’t get upset when you have the information needed for success and no one wants to listen because you haven’t proved it to them but have the patience to understand if it is important what they think or if you even care.   • My time is more precious

    On this episode, Mike expresses how he loves being passionate about his work and it shows in his work ethic, but if you are not passionate about being an entrepreneur then don’t focus on it and do something that you care about it. Mike breaks down that in the beginning it was rough, in debt, and had to scratch his way up to get where he is comfortable. Mike shares his end goal in doing the work. It only costs $5K to rent out a private jet, but some folks tend to get their pilot license. Knowledge is power, and if people apply themselves to read and learn will be capable of applying it to their business ideas or personal goals. People need to refocus their intentions on what they want to be paid per hour versus what it can take for them to earn that and invest in themselves. Learn your strengths and weaknesses and be honest with yourself to know it. Mike shares his tips on people that want to go their own route or do their own thing. To be a CEO and an entrepreneur are two different people.

  • Entrepreneurship is not for everyone

    On this episode, Izzy shares his love for 80s freestyle and enjoyed attending a concert. It was exploited that the audience didn’t contain any millennials and Gen-Z. Izzy shares that upon showing the young generation a VHS tape, which goes into a VCR, they assumed that it was for a DVD player…SMH. Parents need to take the time to show their kids the old school, so they can familiarize themselves with how it was back in their parents’ days. Even at a Dave Matthews Band concert, the majority of parents were bringing their young teens to attend the show, surprisingly a lot of them enjoyed it. Mike shares that when he works out, his choice of music is none, he listens to the news or motivational videos. Izzy shares that when working out, he enjoys listening to EDM. Izzy shares his liking for a weightlifter by the name of Joey Swole, that puts gym shamers in their place, portraying that people should have gym etiquette and not put people down. Izzy shares that the itch of traveling is still there and hoping to not get complacent in living in Florida. Mike discusses his work ethic and how busy it can be, but that the entrepreneur life is not for everyone. Mike shares his thoughts on the difficulty of trying to be an entrepreneur and how time consuming it can be.
