Alec just finished his masters degree in geology. He is a Sedimentologist, we were lucky to have him come in and explain everything rocks. We talk about rock classification, how do they discover new minerals and deposits and alec brought in samples he has collected while out in the field. Hey everyone we are back. Last episode my computer crapped out sorry🙏 audio is back at it. We have a lot to chat about this week. IBS awareness, autoimmune disease is no joke and this month it’s IBS month. Crohn’s is an awful condition that affects our beloved Neve and all we can do is hope that in our lifetime this can be solved. I believe it’s possible and that’s where every miracle starts with a hope and a dream. Derek thinks muscles hold memories or do memories hold pain? Maybe both 🤷🏼‍♂️.
