Planning Reform news has popped up! Back benchers have been seeking to ban mandatory housing targets in England, as there aren't enough houses being built in the UK right now and Ian thinks there should be something done about it! This bill does a lot of good, but also could put you in a sticky position.

This would mean whoever's living there would be paying their own council tax which could be a £1000 or more, to the local authorities, an INSANE amount.
