    I believe the key to unlocking clarity, creativity, and motivation in the New Year is to NOT ditch and forget your challenges of 2024 but to do the exact opposite.

    When you can reflect, honor, and have gratitude for the hardships and challenges, you'll find the silver linings, and the lessons that are there for you that you need to bring into the next chapter of your life.

    What opens up from celebrating your challenges are epiphanies of all the amazing things that happened for you amidst the hardships. It's easy to miss these little miracles and blessings when the challenges feel so big. They have a tendency to take over, making things a little foggy and unclear.
