    Emmanuel Karisa Baya from Magarini, Kilifi County in Kenya is a farmer and DDI process work diplomate. He is the founder of Magarini Children Centre and Organic Farming Demonstration Farm. He is a trainer in Organic farming and leadership, large group facilitation, and coaching using process work methods. He is a faculty member of the DDI Kenya. He is also an elected leader representing his community in the county assembly of the Kilifi County government.

    In this episode, Stephanie is having a conversation with Timoh Mwangi - a nature-oriented process worker, IT student, and member of Deep Democracy Institute Kenya Community. In this conversation, Timoh Mwangi shares his transition from being a stand-up comedian to studying process work and how process work gave birth to his dream of studying IT. Timoh talks about his fundraising journey to support his education in IT and the edges he faced. He highlights the unity and diversity of Kenyan tribes after a history of tribalism and the significant role ancestors play in Kenyan culture. The conversation concludes with a discussion on planting seeds as a way to track personal projects and sharing about his upcoming project called Conquer the Mountain.

    Timoh Maina Mwangi from Kenya. Born in Subukia, Nakuru County and now living in Nairobi, Timoh is a nature-oriented process worker currently working on his diploma in Process Work.
