The Eagles host the woeful Browns off the bye week and are fully healthy after the layoff. Jalen Hurts has many doubters to prove wrong and it remains to be seen if he will. The defense needs to produce pressure and there is no better time to start than against one of the worst offenses in football thus far. Historically, Cleveland holds a 14-10 record in Philly, but have dropped 5 of the last 6 games against the Birds overall.
