• Episode 13- How being alone helps you find yourself?
    Sep 29 2024
In this episode, I am going to talk about how being alone is going to help you find yourself. I had to learn that I had to be alone with God to find myself. And what I have learned on this journey that I am now sharing with you. Why you can't find who you are when you base yourself on what everyone thinks and says about you? How, once you let go of what others think and feel about you, you will embrace who you are? This is not easy for everyone to do, to be honest, because of being a people pleaser, sit filler, captain save a hoe, and build a bear and dolls. So I wanted to talk about the benefits of being alone to work on, and finding yourself that will help with recovery and healing.

  • Episode 12- The Old You Vs The New You_ A Journey To A New You_
    Sep 23 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing the journey to a new and better you when it comes to self discovery. This part of recovery is important because in order for you to become a new and better version of yourself, you got to deal with the old version of yourself when it comes to the situation that you went through in your past. You go over could have, should have , would have done in each situation as far as what you would’ve done differently, if you would’ve went down a different direction, or a different choice. So we also have to go through how we plan to do things differently when it comes to the new version of yourself when it comes to going through these situations in the future. Recovery and healing is not easy when it comes to self discovery, because it’s gonna be a lot of things about yourself that you are going to have to change that you feel comfortable doing.

  • Episode 11 - Perfectly Imperfect: Turning Your Flaws Into Strengths.
    Sep 21 2024
In this episode, I talk about how you go about turning your flaws and an imperfections into a strength. Nobody can use your flaws, imperfections, disabilities, or anything that you’ve done in your past against you if you don’t allow them to if you’ve already dealt with your past situations, or flaws or imperfections that you’ve had or even disabilities and you have recovered and heal them all that, nobody can impact or affect you just because they try to expose or try to use it as a weapon against you. Because when you start looking into people, that’s trying to use your flaws and imperfections as a weapon against you, way worse than you are. These people are people that shouldn’t be talking about you in the first place considering they have no room to talk you shouldn’t feel bad because you have everybody else, sometimes it’s best not to have whatever everybody else has. Sometimes people need to have was in their own lane and was only onto them. It’s kind of funny and fun when people make assumptions about you. You have no idea who you are and what exactly it is that you have. Not everybody wants to show off everything that they have. And some people make a lot of assumptions about people, and you know what they say about assumptions. So this is all about recovery when it comes to learning how to turn flaws and imperfections into strengths..

  • Episode 10-Letting go of what was_ and focusing on what is and what will be_ (1)
    Sep 8 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how being alone helps you to not only find yourself, but becoming the best version of yourself through learning from your mistakes of your past, figuring out who you are without anybody else, thoughts, and feelings about you, The programming yourself of all of the things that you learn from other people, and finally figuring out what your standards and beliefs are. It ain’t nothing like cleansing yourself of other peoples opinions, thoughts, and feelings, as well as the things that they have said and done too and and towards you. Sometimes you have to sit still while the world continues to move into God tells you to move. Sometimes it’s OK if you’re being rejected, and not accepted by people that God does not want you to associate with because those things are not meant for you. So I decided to combine two podcast into one. So I hope this podcast resonates with all of you the way it resonated with me when I came to these realizations while being in my alone error, as far as my isolation, hibernation, and cocoon stage. And I also will do another video while break these three stages of being alone. And how they benefit you when it comes to healing and recovering in order to be in new and better version of yourself.

  • Episode 9 - Part 2 Perfectly Imperfect: Episode 8 - Coming As You Are As A Godly Person Or As Society Standards Wants You Too.
    Aug 30 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how in the Bible it says to come as you are, but the question is, are you coming as you are as far as being the person that you truly are, and that you want to be is based on God’s standards, or as the devil and society standards. This one’s going to probably cut deep, because my whole entire life coaching business stems upon making that decision when it comes to recovery. It’s just like when I do my videos I show what I really look like flaws and all because I’m coming as I am when it comes to the way that God created me. As well as showing the damage that has been done to me. so in order for you to come as you are based upon God, standers is showing the truth about yourself to others. Whereas society standards is about covering up your flaws, imperfections, disabilities, or any mistakes that you’ve made in your past and becoming a representation of yourself. I told you this is gonna be very very deep as far as this because a lot of people are not gonna be able to handle it. Because majority of people are not being who they truly are, they’re being societies version of themselves as far as the representation of themselves based upon what other people think of them. People who are being their true selves, and not worrying about what other people think about them, versus them being who they truly are, and accepting and loving the person they are flaws and all. I hope you guys are ready for this conversation, because a lot of you are not being who you truly are based on how God created you to be. You are being what society is telling you that you should be in order to benefit them and not yourself.

  • Episode 7 - What Makes A Person Ugly, Average, Flawed, Imperfect, and Not Good Enough, Or Acceptable?
    Aug 23 2024
In this episode, I’m going to be discussing what makes a person ugly, unattractive, average, flawed, imperfect, not accepted, or good enough. It really amazes me how people try to tell people who they are based upon what they’ve been through in their past that was negative, what they’ve done in their past it has been negative, what they look like as far as being ugly, unattractive or average, or them not being excepted because they don’t fit society standards. I’m gonna explain why being imperfect, unattractive, and all of these negative things that people try to judge you on, can actually be a benefit to you. Being beautiful is a disadvantage to that a lot of people don’t wanna talk about. So we’re gonna talk about how to stop looking at your flaws and imperfections as a negative thing, and start looking at them as a positive thing. How the negative things about yourself be a positive thing when it comes to using them as strengths? How people should not have to lower themselves as far as their self-esteem, self-worth, self values, self-respect, self-confidence, believing in yourself, and going against everything that you know is right in order to do something wrong. Because someone looks better than you, or has more than you, does not mean that they are better than you. Because there are things that you can do that they probably would never be good at. So don’t sell yourself short because of the fact that you don’t fit certain standards as far as society standards. So this podcast is definitely gonna go a little bit deep as far as this episode is concerned. And I hope this episode gives all of you inspiration to see the beauty that is of yourself even if you’re not externally, beautiful, or not accepted as far as society standards.
