We would love to introduce you all to shiva the deity of destruction. He’s got a cool virtue to nurture your spirit. The dance of life “dance of shiva” is a way of living that is in harmony with all that is. We don’t have to physically dance to be able to do the dance we can feel shiva dancing in our heart or look to see how all actions in life is done in our own way. We talk about how actual dancing is important for our wellbeing’s. The cultural importance of dance and what the concept of dancing really represents. There’s so much fun we’re all bouncing around together now! Get jiggy with it friends :P
