    PMDD Is a cyclical disorder thought to be caused by hormone fluctuations during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. These fluctuations have a direct effect on the brain and indirectly, mood. Like other hormonal disorders, there is a spectrum of severity with varied symptoms.



    Follow Aisha’s journey in this series as she talks to strong and inspiring women who shed light on their personal stories battling with this debilitating condition.
