    Che Lovelace was born 1969 in San Fernando, Trinidad and grew up in the east coast village of Matura. He attended Queen’s Royal Collage, Port of Spain and received his fine art training at l’Ecole Régionale des Beaux-Arts de la Martinique. He has been a founder and principal collaborator for several Arts, Carnival and entertainment projects including, the recently established Friends For The Road J’Ouvert, Studiofilmclub and Selectors, a collaborative music project.

    Lovelace is an annual masquerader with a traditional Blue Devil band from Paramin called Kings Of The Hill.

    His practice increasingly includes elements of performance which he absorbs into his painting process.

    Tilo Kruse began his journey at the young age of 18, leaving his small town in Germany and making his way through Spain, Berlin, Paris, Gibraltar, The Canary Islands and finally to Trinidad and Tobago. With his bag on his back and solar panel tucked away he has made this perilous journey in survival mode, only relying on his wits and the generosity of strangers. Tilo intends to make his way from Trinidad to the Amazon where he plans to spend some time living with a local tribe, learning their ways and giving back to them as much as he can. Subsequent to this, he intends on fulfilling his dream of crossing the Pacific and making his way around the globe.

His stacked resume speaks for itself as Jared is the co-founder of Island Crashers (formerly Trump Events), J'ouvert Jubeez and the founder of Major EMP (Events, Marketing and Production). Complimenting his extremely charismatic and outgoing personality, Major Penny emphasizes remaining humble and grounded. He found it extremely crucial to support us at the odyssey podcast by sharing insight into the world of events and entertainment by telling his story, including the ups and downs of his journey and the lessons he's learnt along the way.
