Love Dr Greger

It's always a pleasure listening to Dr Greger. He has the ability to provide hardcore scientific food facts in a fun and easy to digest way.

I appreciate all the work he does in delivering awareness on how our food impacts our health.

More people need to know!!!

This man is the ultimate advocate for ethical healthcare advice! I really enjoy these podcast episodes. They feel more manageable than the books (which are also great, but my brain gets overwhelmed sometimes if I’m not in the right mood). Highly recommend checking out his brilliant website too, so much great stuff and it’s FREE!!!
