    From Monimar, a relatively new name for a coffee bar and restaurant based at Woolverston Marina on the River Orwell not far from the town of Ipswich

    Director Shannon Wood, a director of the Beetroot Group, who owns and operates three restaurants on marina sites in those areas. Namely the Square, Ketch and Gaff Riggers.
