Welcome back, Welcome back, Welcome back!!

Back for season 2, Seany, Brett and Greggy (Chris) get the chance to catch up with more extraordinary people having a positive impact on other people's lives

In the first episode of season 2 of NHTFS, we catch up with ex AFL umpire and founder of Recovery Lab, Mat James.

When injuries cut his career short, Mat had no choice but to learn various ways to recover and rehabilitate your body. This also provided a vehicle towards the inception of his business venture, Recovery Lab.

Recovery Lab provides athletes and the everyday individual with the tools to feel better, perform better and cope better; something that Mat has needed in various chapters of his life.

This episode provides a snapshot into the life of an umpire & the characters of AFL. It also provides valuable insight into setting up a business that is focused on making physical & mental improvements for the broader community.
