We're back... well, we're almost back, stay tuned for Season two - coming October 18!

In this, the last episode of our first season, there are perhaps two messy questions we are working with today. What is closure and how does it relate to neurodivergently coaching? AND… What will we have to let go of for Terri and I to have closure for our first season here at Neurodivergently Coaching?

It is a great opportunity to delve deep into the art of navigating distraction and reclaiming focus. This self-paced workshop draws from a rich tapestry of disciplines, including mindfulness, neuroscience, and behavioural psychology, and offers practical strategies tailored to your unique neurodivergent strengths.
