Gracia Paulina Kibangu, a Namibian model and finalist in Miss Culture Global 2024, is set to compete in South Africa. Born in South Africa to Herero and Angolan parents, Gracia was raised in Namibia. She is known for her sophistication, intelligence, and compassion.
