    I was very nervous to begin but then I remembered the quote hanging on my wall:

    " Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of FEAR"

    And here I am! My personal Good Vibes Only journal In hand, my notebook to keep me organized and my laptop to record. No fancy equipment, just me and my big ideas.

    In this podcast I will be sharing my personal self love journal in hopes to inspire you to start your own or to help you grow through it. I believe that you will find great value in the things I will be sharing because so much of it helped me.
