  • The Last Biologic and Starting to Explore Surgery

    Today's episode will be released on May 4th, for those Star Wars fans, "may the forth be with you"

    As you know by now the 4th of each month is a special day for us, as it marks another month since August 4th, which was the date of the surgery. We want to take a moment to thank all our supporters, it really means a lot. We ask that you follow, subscribe and rate, and most importantly share with those that might benefit from listening to our journey.

    Additionally we want to make you aware of UM's Ostomy Support Group and their monthly webminars. This month the topic is "Tips for Traveling with an Ostomy". The first Tuesday of each month UM will host a webminar in English and will also host one in Spanish the third Tuesday of the month. If you are interested please email Umwoundandostomycare@miami.edu, the email will be posted on the information for this episode.

    Today's episode is a bit longer as we discuss the last biologic, Estilara, the results and time for the next step.
