    A conversation with Laura and Griff Hamlin. The pair is a married couple who came together by chance AND by hard work. Laura: After teaching junior high band for 10 years, Laura became a member of the world renowned Disneyland Band on alto saxophone, and only the second woman in history to be named a sub leader, giving her the honor of conducting the band in Town Square, USA.

    Griff: Griff has created one of the world's best blues guitar home study programs. He also talks about his band "Griff Hamlin and the Single Barrel Blues Band". Griff wrote all of the music and does lead vocal. Laura is one of the horns playing amazing horn arrangements by Nashville's late Tim Akers.

Rachael graduated from the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles where she studied arranging and composition under legendary orchestrator/composers such as Dick Grove, Nelson Riddle, Clare Fischer, Tom Scott and Lalo Schifrin.

    Rachael was live in-studio sitting behind the keyboard. Let's just say there was an impromptu jam session when I pulled out my flute.
