With their beaten, strangled and mutilated bodies found barely 24 hours apart in places where they didn't belong. The police quickly confirmed that a crazed killer was on the loose. But still unsolved today, it remains one of the most perplexing unsolved double murders in Britain. But who was he?

This has to be one of the best podcasts out there - our host is extremely knowledgeable and has researched each story fully - some stories are well known but even then he lets us know more details - and then there’s the extra bits the boat, the coots and the cake, just fabulous

The very thing I thought would irritate me is the very thing that has endeared me to the show...

...Micheal's quirky presentation style, which at first sounded ill placed, or even just ill!
But no, it's fantastic, warm, chatty, hilarious, a touch Rik Mayall, and so very polished.
Some very funny turns of phrase and asides but most fantasticly descriptive. The research is another level, subject choices gripping, and delivery wonderful.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
