    It's the end of the year, and amidst the euphoria and the mood of celebration, this period is also a time that we use to reflect and take stock seeing how far the year has come. Were we able to achieve the goals we set for the year or not? And in this reflective mood we could tend to get carried away by the fact that we couldn't achieve so much and forget to be Grateful for the Baby steps we were able to take. This episode is to encourage us to not revert to despair or discouragement but to be Grateful.
