The famous Stoic philosopher, Seneca, believed that fear is not a sign of weakness but rather a natural human emotion. Seneca believed that fear can be useful in helping us prepare for potential obstacles and challenges.
How does one overcome fear, and how does one find purpose in one's life? You might try to google an answer but you'll end up with hundreds of suggestions from this search.
