Gates replied that while technology does and will progressively continue to allow humans more free time, it can't tell us what to do with that free time.

Gates, a billionaire philanthropist, said that he feels that there may be a need to ban 'micro-targeting' of users on social media sites. He also said that the issue of fake news can be seen as a challenge to be more clever with positive messaging.
