Minimizing Relationship Arguments Holistically: Co-Regulation, Core Instincts, and Communication Styles with Conflict Resolution Specialist Justin Provoncha

  • Summary

  • Hello and Welcome! On todays episode, conflict resolution specialist Justin Provoncha helps us dissect the ways in which we communicate to reprogram our minds and prioritize relationship peace. We discuss a 6 step framework among other ways to generate healthy interaction to promote better communication in relationships. We learn the importance to release blame and embrace gratitude as we work to co-regulate ourselves and our partnerships to deepen the spiritual bond and connection. The goal is to reconnect to that innerchild aspect of ourselves and recall the childhood moments we experienced that had us testing adults to indirectly uncover our own trust issues and core instinctive desires. This helps to decrease tension & pointless arguments and increase clarity & relaxation. We can resolve marriages and all kinds of fractured situations by taking the first step of shifting personal behavior. This is how we break the bonds of generational trauma and begin the restoration process of rebuilding trust and happiness within relationships!
