    MINDFULNESS FOR BUSY MINDS

Episode 2: Mindfulness in Recovery: Sharing Selections from Clean Ink

Mindfulness is an excellent tool for healing the nervous system, making it a great choice for those in recovery from addiction.

I have used it in my recovery and have taught others to use it in their recovery.

The poems and tattoos you will find in the Clean Ink anthology are symbols of battles, victories, and ongoing journeys of brave men and women navigating a new life free from their addictions. I am excited to share this episode with you, where I read four of my personal poems from Clean Ink: An Anthology of Recovery Poems and Tattoos. These poems—On My Way - The Goodbye Letter, Happy Mirage, Be Still and Know, and Security Check—explore different moments in the recovery journey.

If any of these poems resonate with you, you can find them starting on page 22 in Clean Ink.
