    Often when people practice mindfulness we assume that doing a daily meditation will tick that box. But in fact, unless we actively incorporate it into daily life, we may not make the changes we want. Whatsmore, when we have limited time and a meditation practice is not an option, getting into the habit of doing a mindful pause may make all the difference!
