    In todays episode we cover my childhood experience, being a lead intuitive in a family of sensors, we touch on MBTI (Myers Briggs) and being a highly sensitive person (HSP). I also touch on the nervous system and how the shut off of mine became a disconnect of self. I lost touch of myself and through this i leaned into working hard, being a high achiever, and suppressing my inner knowing.

    This later manifested as two "images" aka disorders, hypothyroid and PCOS. I explore that journey and how I healed my PCOS and remised my positive ANA markers.
