We are moving along the 12 Universal Law series with The Law of Compensation. Have you ever heard the phrase, "You reap what you sow"? How about "planting the seeds for tomorrow"? Well, the Law of Compensation instills trust in us that we will be compensated for our work with abundance - not just financial, but an abundance of life experience, fulfillment and more. Let's talk about how that shows up for us at all stages of life with my guest, Sukhy Bansal. Sukhy is a Business Growth Strategist, helping service- based entrepreneurs know where to focus their energy and investment for growth whilst also helping them step away from their business without worrying it will fall off a cliff! Her mission is to help entrepreneurs look more holistically at their business so they can understand the drivers behind their number, leverage their profit better and grow a business that is aligned with their lifestyle and purpose. She started her entrepreneurial journey in 2019 and prior to this she was working in corporate for 15+ years as a Chartered Accountant in Sydney across various international financial institutions, specialising in tax, audit, corporate finance & project management. Although she enjoyed good levels of success, her own soul yearned for a more purpose-driven career. She also desired more flexibility on her own terms, particularly as she juggled a growing family. So whilst on maternity leave with her third baby she decided to set up her own consulting business and have not looked back since. Sound familiar? Listen in to hear more of Sukhy's story!
