During the inaugural Mediterranean Energy Week organized by UfM and OECD in Istanbul, the MED-GEM Network had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Cyril Dewaleyne, Team Leader for Connectivity, Climate Action and Environment in the Southern Neighbourhood (DG NEAR) at the European Commission.
