  • Temporarily, stepping away from women’s health issues, Aisha turns to explore how men cope with their mental health and how they deal with the societal pressures faced in their everyday lives.



    It’s been said that 3 times as many men as women die by suicide, men aged 40-49 have the highest suicide rates in the UK. And In England, around one in 8 men has a common mental health problem such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder or OCD.



    Follow Aisha’s journey in this series as she talks to strong and inspiring men from different walks of life with diverse backgrounds, to get an insight into their journey with mental wellbeing. From toxic masculinity, body-image, to coming out into the LGBTQI+ community, this series is designed to raise awareness and shed some light on some unique experiences through honest open conversations, which can hopefully lead to progression!
