Gloria Smythe is The Menopause Stylist, based in London.

Gloria helps women in the menopause who have lost their confidence in how they perceive themselves and their appearance, through style. Everyday we as women have an opportunity to define who we are going to be, how we will present ourselves to the world and in turn how the world will react to us. So Gloria empowers women both with inner and outer strength, with aspects of positivity, self love and style.

As a qualified designer and personal stylist, Gloria is able to identify shapes, styles and textiles that enhance the female body form, which has become ever so important, now moving into the next chapter.

By changing the narrative of the menopause being about age and reminding all women it’s about hormones, and her aim to empower all women to feel relative no matter where you are in life during this transition.

TEARS OF A CLOWN!

I had intended to unveil the next few amazing guests to join me on the next few episodes of the “Living The Life Of Kylie” Podcast during this episode- however - Thanks to accidentally documenting my Emotional Dis-Regulation in real time (TWICE) - I thought it best I ended the Podcast quick sharpish before I cried for a THIRD time!

Good Lord.

Episode 9 is being uploaded as we speak - I’m updating you all on my ADHD journey so far, what I have learnt along the way of taking the medication…. and as a bonus feature - I have a little accidental sob while talking about a TV show.

Well..... Once we finally managed to get Jen to SHUT. UP.... we were on a roll, until recording suddenly stopped just as I was getting right up on my high horse.... We then resumed to find Jen had the reddest face of all!

I know it sounds pretty aggressive the way we talk to each other - Our mums tell us off all the time for this - but this is just how we are.

No Jens were harmed during the making of this Podcast. Luckily for her.
