It's clear common sense help.

There is so much helpful information I will have to listen to a few times to remember them all, but everytime I do I grow I bit wiser.
Really enjoy hearing Cat Rainwater say she has made mistakes and have learnt from them.
It helps learning why you feel like you do and to learn how to treat yourself and others.
