Jer Argo has been a student and employee of the White River High School for over 31 years. He has had a variety of jobs in the district but his current job is Executive Director of Equity & Achievement. Before this he was the Director of Operations for the district, Assistant Principal at White River High school along with being a teacher/Coach/Advisor. Mr. Argo is one of the hardest working professionals who values all and believes everyone contributes to success.  He is a very strong instructional leader who lives the PLC culture of collaboration, learning and data-based decision making.  He was the recipient of the 2003 Mary Meisenbach Excellence in Education Award and currently is completing WASA Aspiring Superintendent Academy.  

 Mr. Suek worked at Mountain Meadow as a 5th grade teacher then moved to Glacier Middle School as a 7th grade history teacher, and is now currently the Dean of Students and the head coach of our boys soccer team at White River High School. 

I am pleased to introduce Mr. Double Z McDonell to the Leaders of the HIVE Podcast. Double Z is a 2008 graduate of Spanaway Lake High school.  He is also an Army Veteran, he used to work Event Securities for the Seahawks and Mariners.  He worked for Laser Cutter NW as a machinist and later got his teaching degree from the University of Washington Tacoma.  He has been our featured guest speaker at our veterans day assembly, 

Today we are joined by long time Jostens Sales Representative in the Scholastic Division Mr. Mike Annis.  He has been with Jostens for 36 years and has been White River’s representative for 32 years.  His Ultimate Goal – live a life worth repeating and his Biggest Achievement – moving from our home in Wisconsin to live, work, and raise his family here in Washington State

Benji is a well known counselor here at White River High School. Before working at WRHS he worked for the department of prisons for 15 years. He has a masters in school counseling and a BA in psychology. He is married with two kids. He challenges staff and students to always look at yourself in the mirror and see what we can do to become the best versions  of ourselves.
