    It is sad though that the mother is never kept in the front row in the western world after the birth of a baby. Even at the 8 weeks appointment where for the most part the files get closed, the highlight of the appointment is the contraception and when not to get pregnant again

Her knowledge of her brother's condition has had an impact in how she chooses friends, how she interacts with him, how she has lived knowing his strengths and weakness from an early age but how she particularly feels the weigh of it too sometimes.
