Where Lis and Claire celebrate the East Midlands bragging rights secured brilliantly by the Lightning women. We applaud that brilliant win by the Blues over Coventry. And we have several rants - no idea why we were a bit ranty this week but we had a lot to get off our chests. We do talk about the Saints lads’ trip to London and we recognise that there are several talented youngsters who are getting stuck in just when we need it. We name our Ladies Wot Pod Player of the Match and a surprising Sgt Wilson award.

Where Lis and Claire talk about our latest European trip where the lads had to battle hard to secure that precious try bonus point. Lis’ has some new bessie mates - the officiating team shared stories from the game including the Dutch Darts player scoring a try and nearly expiring from lack of oxygen. Claire had a new bib and talked carpet with Tom Lockett. She also noticed Fergs’ plan to get Mr Dependable into the front row. We choose our LWP Player of the Match and Lis’ goes really radical with the Sgt Wilson Award.

In other news, Claire congratulates a new photographer who shot her first game for Lightning at Kingsholm. Lis is back playing walking rugby.
