I hadn't done research on the on the '21 Detroit Lions until today but they followed the analytic algorithm I've been preaching all month. The Carolina Panthers... well... they haven't. Lions are the only multi year rebuild I've seen work since '19. Altogether it's not looking good for the '25 Panthers based on historical data.

As I was looking for more Dan Campbell rebuilds I discovered the multi-year rebuild with a rookie head coach is highly unlikely. After missing the playoffs in year one, data shows Canales will either be an outlier like Campbell or lose his job within the next three years. I'm sorry I keep giving bad news!

I wish I had better news... The Panthers historically have trouble attracting top tier free agents. One of the reasons is they historically struggle drafting good players.
