Very relaxing, my daughter falls asleep every nigh
The narrator has a lovely soothing voice, My daughter asks for a different chapter every night. her favourite is your secret tree house.
easy listening and great techniques throughout, i.e., breathing and mindfulness.

Ssssooo relaxing
It helps me to go to sleep in like 5 minutes same with my sister my mum even falls asleep to it sometimes 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🤙🏻🤙🏻Love it so great 😃 so sleepy

I the first chapter when it’s says how the top of your head feels I just relax. It has really helped me sleep and I have put it on every night
