A long time listener.

I have been listening to Jonathan for many years and still enjoy his talks. The talks centre around the dharma and the practice of meditation and mindfulness, but he does not claim to be Buddhist. I like that his approach is a practical, everyday, accessible approach to daily life, our problems and how to look inwardly and reflect in an honest way. I very much appreciate the work and effort and always find myself coming back to this podcast. He's a talented speaker and a very experience mediator, so a good mentor for those who have an interest in understanding themselves and their relationships better, and honing their meditation practice.
