Christina and I of course love the symposium and were are here to talk about it. In Little Women, chapter "Friend" Jo enters a symposium with Friedrich. There is a philosophical debate about religion which agitates Jo a great deal but Friedrich becames her guiding light.

    I swear to you, this has always been the moment in the book where I personally believe that Jo began to fall in love with him, even if she didn't realize it herself yet.
