Let’s take a few breaths. Things are really heavy right now and a couple of cleansing breaths are much needed right now. Speaking for myself, of course, I’m thinking some of you may feel the same.

Music ebbs and flows. It can set a tone or adjust a mood. This is all personal for each of us; for me, soothing classical tames the beast. What gets you through when the stresses of life go to 11?

I found a cool site called Uppbeat. It features new artists and offers exploration into something fresh and new. So far, my favorite category is Calm. I’m gonna share a few in this episode, episode one of the JSTBE Decompression Moment.
